Croys is situated just north of Castle Douglas, on the A75 Euroroute to Ireland.

From Dumfries, head westwards along the A75. A couple of miles after the village of Springholm, turn right onto the B794 (signposted for Corsock).

After a mile or so, turn right at the crossroads beside the red telephone box. A short distance up the hill you will see a white gate on your right; turn in here and follow the driveway to the house.
